We've had a great few weeks in year 2. In maths we have been looking at mental strategies to add 9 and 11. We've written our hot task in english inventing instructions on 'how to stop a bad character'. The children have thought of some fantastic plans! In science we have finished our unit on 'growing up' with a science investigation on 'are the oldest children also the tallest?'. Finally in topic we have designed fire rescue vehicles ready to make this week! Watch this space for some photographs!
