The children in Cassatt class shared their wishes, hopes and dreams with the class today. In a time where we think about the toys we would like for Christmas, we have been thinking about things that we cannot buy, like love, happiness and friendship.
The children wished for lots of different things, like "I wish that mummy and daddy are happy"
and hoped that "children who don't have any toys get to be happy"
We drew our wishes on special wishing flowers and closed them tight. Placing them carefully in our Wish Dish, we watched them slowly open as we hoped our wish would come true.
