In Year One we have been learning about using maps. Hedgehog couldn't find his friends so the children made a map for him to follow. He then used these in the forest to find his way.
Barnaby bear told us about a bypass that the town planners wanted to build through the Twyford Downs. Some people were against the idea and some thought it was a good idea. Look at some of our thoughts on the display.
We created maps using symbols and a key and decided where we would place the road ourselves.
